KENI is a self-care brand offering clean, handcrafted body care products made with thoughtful ingredients and signature scents.
Where are your products made?
Our products are handcrafted in small batches, with most of them made in Lebanon and others produced in trusted facilities abroad. We carefully select our partners to ensure high-quality, safe, and clean formulations in every item we offer.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship across Lebanon?
Yes! We deliver to all areas in Lebanon via local courier service within 2–4 business days. We also offer an express delivery option that delivers within 1 to 2 business days, depending on your location. Choose this option at checkout for faster service.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Lebanon. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over 50$.
Standard delivery: 4$
Express delivery: 6$

We accept cash on delivery and Whish Money payment.

Are your products natural?
Our products are not 100% natural, and that’s intentional. We carefully combine clean, skin-safe synthetics with effective ingredients to create luxurious textures, long-lasting scents, and reliable performance. Every formula is free from parabens, sulfates, and harsh additives, and is thoughtfully crafted to be gentle, indulgent, and safe for daily use.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. KENI Cosmetics is a cruelty-free brand.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are gentle and suitable for most skin types. If you have extremely sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend checking the ingredients list or doing a patch test first.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
What if I received a damaged product?
We're so sorry! Please send a photo and your order number to info@kenicosmetics.co, and we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.
